The Repair Process
Our certified technicians use industry-leading methods to restore your windshield.
1. Initial Assessment
We inspect the damage to determine if repair is suitable. We assess the size, location, and type of damage to recommend the best solution for your situation.
2. Surface Preparation
The damaged area is cleaned thoroughly. Any loose glass fragments or debris are removed to ensure proper adhesion of the repair resin.
3. Bridge Setup
A specialized repair bridge is positioned over the damage. This device holds the injector and applies controlled pressure during the repair process.
4. Vacuum & Pressure Cycle
Air is evacuated from the damaged area using vacuum pressure. This removes air from the cracks and creates space for the resin to penetrate fully.
5. Resin Injection
Specially formulated repair resin is injected into the damaged area under pressure. The resin flows into all cracks and voids, bonding with the glass.
6. Curing
The resin is cured using UV light or ambient exposure. This hardens the resin and creates a strong, transparent bond that restores structural integrity.
7. Finishing
Any excess resin is carefully removed. The surface is polished to restore optical clarity and ensure a smooth finish.
